With 15 years of experience in fine dining and 10 years of experience as a professional sommelier, Aileen is uniquely qualified to educate your staff about wine with a style that is thorough and also approachable.  With a background in academic philosophy (M.A., University of Chicago) and 4 years of experience teaching at the university level (University of Kentucky), Aileen brings her ability to demystify complex subjects to the world of wine education.
